Role
Altamont Group is looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Graphic Design and Social Media Analyst. You will be responsible for supporting our Team with graphic design tasks, creating captivating social media content, and posting and managing social media platforms.
Areas of Focus
- Business Development: developing presentations, developing graphic design, creating templates, developing videos, designing company collateral, using AI for voice overs, using CANVA, etc.
- Developing engaging social media strategies
- Developing engaging social media content for all Altamont Group Brands, Blogs, Portfolio Samples, Proposals, etc.
- Managing social media platforms for all Altamont Group Brands
- Scheduling social media posts for all Altamont Group Brands, Blogs, Portfolio Samples, Proposals, etc.
- Engaging followers with regular updates
- Creating brand awareness to gain audience attention
- Timely response to comments on social media
- Monitoring social media metrics and ROI
- Preparing social media engagement and activities reports
- Optimizing social media content effectively
- Generate, edit, publish, and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages brand awareness
- Set up and optimize company pages within each platform to increase the visibility of the company’s social content
- Continuously improve social media presence by capturing and analyzing the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and best practices, and then acting on the information
- Provide suggestions to management for improving customer experience on social platforms and internal processes
- Create landing page(s)
- Update website
- Maintain LinkedIn connections report and sheet
- Coordinate LinkedIn invites for LinkedIn pages
- Research and implement ways for brand growth, and social media campaigns
- Provide business development and designing support as required
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Communication, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field
- Deep expertise with graphic design
- Deep understanding of social media strategies and platforms
- Excellent writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation and communication skills
- Ability to work with AI voice over, CANVA, etc.
- Ability to multitask and take initiative
- Hardworking, team player and dedicated approach
- Experience with content creation a plus
- Must have a creative eye for solving problems and designing content
- Ability to take direction and absorb information quickly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have a passion for marketing/social media
- Flexible attitude toward receiving feedback
- This is a remote/work from home role
